Baby bath seat

Is the Aquasit baby bath seat the right choice for you?

The Aquasit (also called a bath seat) can be very useful after experiencing a difficult delivery since it takes pressure off your back, shoulders and pelvis when bathing your baby. But make sure you buy one early (it can no longer be used after around 8 weeks)!

Why use a baby bath seat?

The Aquasit is not designed to be a comfortable bath seat. Instead, it is intended to give you both hands free to wash your baby. Some bath seats give parents/guardians the impression that the baby is sitting comfortably, although this is not true.

How do you use a baby bath seat?

Make sure that the bath seat is lying sturdily in a baby bath or regular bathtub and that you have enough room to move, so that you can bathe your baby comfortably. Some bath seats have an adjustable connecting piece so that they can be adapted to your baby’s body.

Fun in the tub with your baby

If you do not have any back, shoulder or pelvic pain, you can simply bathe your child in a regular baby bath or normal bathtub while holding him or her. This is the most enjoyable bathing method for your baby.

Warning!

NEVER leave your baby or child alone in a bath UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
